CLARA VALMONT
She lives on an island across the West Concordian Sea called the Emerald Island. She owns a small beach house there and serves as the island's tour guide.
Unlike most of the denizens in Concordia, she has never been to the mortal plane. She doesn't remember much of her earlier life she just remembered suddenly coming into being. People assume she must have come from the Great Beyond but she really can't recall anything about it if it was true.
SORA CHOI
She lives in a cabin in the Evergreen Forest and serves as a guide for campers, hikers, and thrill-seekers alike. She has only lived through one cycle before making a bold decision of resisting the Maker's Call and instead chose to stay in Concordia.
It's difficult for people to realize what it is that they want even if they might have lived more than a dozen cycles, but Sora was already quite certain of her decision. It's been quite a long time since she made that decision and she can no longer hear the Maker's Calling but she's still the positively sunny person that people has come to know her of.
GAVIN HAYES
He lives at the Beacon Lighthouse and is also the captain of the Empress, the ship that takes people to Emerald Island.
He is known to be quite grumpy and has a bad temper like an old man although he looks nothing like it. He’s not exactly a people person but people assume this was because he didn’t want to associate with other people while he was waiting for his ‘soulmate’ to return.
CELESTINA DEACON
She lives in Celestia Observatory and prefers to be called "The Professor". There are no organizations relating to science and technology in Concordia since there is no need for that kind of advancement in the city; Concordia simply provides everything one needs. Be that as it may, she has taken it upon herself to be the unofficial astronomy expert of Concordia.
Her last cycle was not the greatest she's lived by far but was one that deeply moved her to pursue this career in astronomy. This was her greatest dream in her last cycle and would want that dream to come true in Concordia.
SPENCER RATCLIFFE
He is not among the oldest denizens of Concordia but he has lived the most cycles with a whopping 1,253 cycles. Also known as the "Thousand Cycle Man", Spencer is the owner of the largest farm in Elysia, Crestwood Farms.
For a soul to live through multiple cycles of mortal life as he did is almost impossible without corrupting his soul. Unlike those souls that dissipated to Oblivion, he is still perfectly fine. But he has grown tired of mortal life and decided to retire to his farm.
